Logistics Expert

 Position: Logistics Expert

Location: UAE

Experience Required: 3–5 Years (Logistics & Freight Forwarding)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate import/export logistics across sea, air, and land transport.
  • Communicate with transporters, shipping middlemen, customs brokers, and suppliers.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documentation.
  • Monitor shipment status and resolve any delivery or clearance issues actively.
  • Analyze logistics performance and identify areas for cost and time optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations governing trade and transportation.
  • Provide client updates and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent understanding of international logistics, Incoterms, and trade documentation.
  • Expert in using Microsoft Office and logistics/ERP platforms.
  • Strong coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time-sensitive operations.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized under pressure.

Marine Operations Handler

Ref: JRN/HR/AE-2023-03
Position: Marine Operations Handler

 Location: UAE

Experience Required: 2–4 Years in Marine Services / Ship Chandling

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate supply and service delivery to ships at ports or anchorages.
  • Receive, process, and fulfill all chandling requests, including supplies, bonded items, technical stores, and leftovers.
  • Communicate with suppliers, transport teams, and port officials for smooth operation.
  • Ensure all documentation (delivery notes, invoices, permits) is properly prepared and submitted.
  • Track and monitor service delivery schedules and update internal systems.
  • Support compliance with safety, security, and marine authority guidelines.

Requirements

  • Sound knowledge of marine logistics and ship chandling operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight port deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office and ERP or marine inventory systems is a plus.
  • A valid UAE driving license is an added advantage.

Supply Chain Strategist

Position: Supply Chain Strategist

Location: UAE

Experience Required: 4–6 Years in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Trade Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and carry out efficient, cost-effective, and scalable supply chain strategies.
  • Analyze shipping routes, warehousing operations, vendor performance, and purchasing flows.
  • Identify and implement process improvements using KPIs and by analyzing statistical data.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams, warehouse managers, and customs brokers to ensure alignment.
  • Support project cargo and time-sensitive shipments with customized supply plans.
  • Evaluate and manage supplier/vendor relationships to ensure service quality and pricing competitiveness.
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend strategic adjustments to stay competitive in the market.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage complex supply chains with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, or supply chain software.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Strong understanding of Incoterms, compliance standards, and international trade laws.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
